Is judiciary the only safeguard to protect our constitution? Or the legislature ans executive have the same responsibility like judiciary? In our constitution.the preamble itself says " we the people" that people got much importance.that means people's opinion is important than any other organ. But unfortunately judicial activism is gaining strength in recent days. May the common man dissatisfied with the performance of some of the members of the executive, think in support of the judiciary supremacy over executive and legislature.But at the same time constitutional amendments unanimously passed by the Parliament was struck down by the Supreme court.
